Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? We’re looking for a Health and Wellbeing Coach to support individuals aged 16+ across North Cumberland. Many of the people you’ll work with may be facing complex challenges or recovering from a crisis. Your role will be to guide and empower them to take positive steps toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.

Don’t have the qualification yet?You can still apply! Join us as a Health & Wellbeing Officer (Grade 8, £27,852 – £28,371) and complete the diploma as part of your role. After a minimum 12 months and successful completion of the qualification and portfolio, you may be eligible to progress to the Coach role.
