About this opportunity Cumberland Safeguarding Hub Business Support Team are looking to recruit an experienced administrator. The multi-agency Safeguarding Hub, currently based in Carlisle, is the central contact point for initial child safety concerns for members of the public and professionals. The team are well supported, but it is important that applicants are aware of the highly sensitive nature of the work.
Business Support deal with members of the public and professionals, either by phone or email, entering and retrieving accurate information to and from Children’s Services databases as well as supporting other multi-agency tasks. Therefore, the preferred candidate will require excellent communication and ICT skills and the confidence to deal with a wide variety of contacts.
This role requires an enhanced DBS check with a Childrens and Adults Barred List check. Please note this role involves working in regulated activity with Adults and/or Children.
