About this opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Partnership & Improvement Officer within the Quality, Resources, and Transformation service area of Children’s Services.
Working closely with the Partnership & Improvement Manager, you will play a vital role in improving outcomes for children and young people across Westmorland and Furness. You’ll support the delivery of key business systems, contribute to quality assurance activity, assist with preparation for inspection, and help strengthen our children’s partnerships.
In this varied and meaningful role, you will collaborate with colleagues across Children’s Services as well as external partners, helping to drive improvement and transformation that leads to positive, lasting change.
