About this opportunity
The HR and Payroll Systems Development Manager role is a key position within the, ICT Services department. The primary purpose of this role is to lead the HR & Payroll System Development & Support Team and provide strategic support to ensure an efficient and professional service. This includes providing expertise on HR & Payroll System and other related matters, delivering solutions aligned with the Council's strategies, and working closely with the HROD team to achieve required outcomes.
The role supports several important projects, including the HR and Payroll - System Consolidation. This project involves consolidating existing legacy HR systems into a single source of truth, carrying out data checks and data cleansing work, and developing service reporting packs and methodologies.
