About this opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Advanced Practice Lead team in Cumberland Council. We are looking for experienced practitioners with the knowledge and skills to ensure that the highest standards of practice are embedded in the organisation.
Successful applicants will have a key role in embedding transformation work with the operational teams and we strive for continuous improvement to ensure the best outcomes for the people of Cumberland.
There are exciting opportunities to co-produce with our customers and carers and to develop and promote a culture of reflective practice and continuous professional development.
You will have access to regular supportive supervision and appraisal to support both your induction to the role and ongoing development.

You will be able to demonstrate an active commitment to supporting social care practitioners at all levels of their career. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to promote a positive culture within our organisation
