Are you passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? Do you thrive when working collaboratively across complex systems to drive meaningful change? If so, this is an exceptional opportunity to join us as SEND Partnership & Improvement Manager.
You will play a central role in strengthening the SEND Partnership across Westmorland and Furness. Working closely with senior leaders, partners, parent/carer representatives and external agencies, you will help shape strategy, champion best practice, and ensure we are well prepared for inspection and external review.
We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced individual to help us develop and lead our SEND partnership, continuing our journey in improving outcomes for children and young people with SEND and their families across our area.
