About the Role
As the Recruitment Manager, you will lead and oversee all recruitment administrative operations, ensuring that processes are consistent, timely, compliant, and candidate‑centred. You will be responsible for delivering a high‑quality service, supporting hiring managers, and maintaining accurate data and audit trails across the recruitment lifecycle.
You will also play a key role in supporting safer‑recruitment practices, promoting equality, and driving continuous improvement across systems and processes.
