About this Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate and strategic leader to join our team as Senior Manager – Corporate Parenting and CDT. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of services for children who are in our care, are care experienced and children with complex needs and disabilities, ensuring they receive the support, stability, and opportunities they deserve.
As Senior Manager and the strategic lead for service delivery, you will lead dedicated teams, driving forward our Corporate Parenting priorities, ensuring high-quality, consistent practice across the services. You will play a key role in strategic planning, partnership development, and service innovation.
The role offers flexibility to be based at either our Workington office (West Cumbria House) or our Carlisle office (Cumbria House) with an expectation of visible presence across both office sites.

This role requires a DBS check. The level of check for this role is - Enhanced DBS Check with a Children’s and Adults Barred List check.
