As Team Manager you will be responsible for a team providing assessment planning and intervention services to children in need children in need of protection looked after children and those young people who have left care working in partnership with colleagues from within the Council and other agencies and using sign of safety methodology in our work.
You will lead a team of practitioners and support our newly qualified social workers as part of our successful Social Work Academy approach.

This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (ROA) 1974 and requires an enhanced DBS check with an Adults and Children’s Barred List check.
Please note this role involves working in regulated activity with Children and Adults. It is an offence for people who are barred from working in regulated activity to apply for roles that require them to work unsupervised with Children and Adults.
