Hours: 37 hours per week

Salary Scales: £62,273 - £65,017 per annum with additional market supplement of £14,347 (per annum)
The advertised salaries include a supplement (JWC) to the base grade of the post. JWC supplements are conditional on the physical demands and /or working conditions of the role.

We are looking for a creative Senior Manager responsible for Partnerships and Quality, who is passionate about making a difference for our children and their families. This is a new and permanent post which based within the Children and Family Wellbeing Directorate reporting to the Assistant Director for Quality Assurance and Safeguarding.
The post holder will be responsible for managing the partnership arrangements in Cumberland including Cumbria Safeguarding Children Partnership and the Corporate Parenting Board. Strategic responsibility for Quality and Improvement Programs for Children and Family Wellbeing, taking responsibility for the organisational support for regulatory inspection.
The post has direct line management responsibility for the staff teams in this area – Partnerships (inc. SEND), SENDIASS and QA Practice Development Team.
