Join Cumberland Council as a PA to the Extended Leadership Team
Are you an organised and proactive professional with a passion for supporting senior leaders? Cumberland Council is seeking a Personal Assistant to provide confidential and high-quality administrative support to its Extended Leadership Team. This varied role includes diary and inbox management, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and supporting key council functions such as recruitment and rota planning. You’ll be part of a collaborative PA hub, working flexibly across teams to ensure smooth operations.
This role is available on a permanent basis.
Who we’re looking for We’re looking for someone with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and a background in customer-focused environments. Experience in minute-taking, prioritising workloads, and maintaining confidentiality is essential.
