We are looking for an experienced, skilled, and dedicated person to join our well-established Youth Justice Service as a Team Practice Manager. The successful candidate will manage the multi-agency Youth Justice team across the Cumberland area, providing direct line management to a group of staff and have overall responsibility for overall day-to-day running of the service. This role will have a focus on quality assurance and practice development across the service.
The applicant should have experience of supervising and managing staff, significant operational experience working within a Youth Justice setting and a proven track record of assisting performance improvement and developing practice. It is expected that the successful candidate will have a background of building working relationships across multi-agency teams and working with colleagues to secure the best outcomes for children and families.
This role is available on a permanent basis.

Enhanced DBS check with a Children’s Barred List check.
