We are requiring a Social Worker to join the team in Carlisle that supports individuals with difficulties arising from mental health.
The successful applicant will be enthusiastic, committed and demonstrate the ability to undertake strength based, person centered social work assessments working within the relevant legislation. You must be able to develop, implement and review support plans and the needs of customers. You will be able to demonstrate a commitment to support the work of other practitioners, for example joint visits and lower level duty tasks alongside the supported time recovery worker. You will also be expected to appropriately escalate any safeguarding concerns and be involved in any subsequent meetings for those cases they are working with.

This role is open to internal applicants only.
Our interview process can accommodate both in-person and virtual formats, with tailored options discussed upon invitation to the interview stage. The advertised salary includes a supplement (JWC) to the base grade of the post. JWC supplements are conditional on the physical demands and /or working conditions of the role.
