Location: A variety of locations across the Cumberland district with the option to work remotely as per business needs.
Contract: Funded fixed term for 18 months

A fantastic opportunity to join the Resources Directorate. If you have experience of supporting diverse services in a customer services environment including reviewing service improvements and transformation projects, then this is the role for you.
To become a key member of the Customer Solutions Team, to act as a lead and support to the service manager to help shape and develop a compassionate and enabling customer service, driving change to ensure an inclusive customer experience across all services.
The ideal candidates for this position will have specialist knowledge of Public Sector Customer Services and experienced in supporting strategic delivery, transformation, design principles, supporting new ways of working to improve outcomes for residents and communities. It is a fantastic time to join us as we expand and develop our Services working in new ways to support Cumberland Council.
