About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated analyst to support the development of evidence-led policy across Cumbria. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the region’s approach to economic growth, skills, and employment.
You will provide high-quality analysis and insight to inform senior decision-making, supporting the development of key strategies including the Skills Strategy and Local Growth Plan. The role will focus on understanding sectoral strengths, labour market trends, and skills needs across Cumbria, ensuring that policy and investment decisions are grounded in robust evidence.
