Location: This role is office based at the relevant Family Hub sites during the service's operational hours. Base will be Penrith, covering Eden and South Lakes.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Information Advice & Support Officers to support the day to day running of the Best Start Family Hubs; engagign with famielis and visitors to the hubs, record keeping, collating and presenting data, managing mailboxes, room bookings and supporitng the delivery of events.
We are looking for enthusiastic, innovative and self-motivated individuals to provide assistance in the day to day running of the hub sites.
Who we are looking for…
We are looking for individuals with strong people skills, including negotiation and excellent communication skills, both written, face-to-face and over Teams.
We are looking for someone with knowledge and experience of Microsoft applications , case management systems and financial systems.
You will need the ability to prioritise and manage work effectively, and be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. You will also have experience of collaborating across teams and partners.

This role requires an enhanced DBS check with a Childrens Barred List check. Please note this role involves working in regulated activity with Children.
