We are looking for a Service manager to join our Early Help team. This role is part of the new Early Help structure, it will support the work of the new Early Help Senior Managers and be crucial in progressing the Early Help transformation work.
The applicant should have significant experience of working within Early Help and have a proven track record of working in partnership with external agencies in addition to a background of developing work in areas of prevention.
The role is temporary for a period of 12 months and will work across Cumberland.

This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (ROA) 1974 and requires an enhanced DBS check with an Adults and Children’s Barred List check.
Please note this role involves working in regulated activity with adults and Children. It is an offence for people who are barred from working in regulated activity to apply for roles that require them to work unsupervised with Adults and Children.
