Salary: From September 2025 - £7.55 per hour - £279.35 per week - National Apprenticeship Wage - during first 12 months. (If 19 years old or over, after 12 months your salary will increase to minimum wage for your age)
Hours: 37 hours per week
Locations: Opportunities are available in the following locations:
Carlisle, Workington, Whitehaven, Maryport
Contract: Apprenticeship
Start Date: From September 2025 onwards
Apprenticeship Duration: typically between 15 and 18 months
Closing Date: 9th March 2025
Interviews: April 2025

We have apprenticeship roles working within Adult Social Care, including:
Adult Care Worker – Level 2 – working with the Adult Learning Disability Day Opportunities teams - Adult Support Care Workers need to have the right values and behaviours, developing competences and skills to provide high quality compassionate care and support. They are the frontline staff who help adults with care and support needs to achieve their personal goals and live as independently and safely as possible, enabling them to have control and choice in their lives which is at the heart of person centred care.
Business Administrator – Level 3 – Working as part of the administration team you will support the services provided and gain experience in both front-facing customer service roles and back-office support to our operational teams. You will be working with teams supporting a wide range of people including staff and people in receipt of the services. We are looking for people who want to join our team to promote independence and confidence and make a difference to people's lives.
