This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Organisational Development Facilitator to join our Organisational Development and Workforce Training Team and play a key role in delivering training across the organisation with a key focus on supporting individuals to thrive in their roles and supporting the delivery of the Our Future Cumberland Programme; a key transformational programme to align our people, processes and purpose to create a modern, inclusive and efficient organisation.

You’ll be part of our well-established Organisational Development and Workforce Training Team, working alongside colleagues who design and deliver learning across a wide range of areas — from personal development topics such as coaching skills, to more technical training including health and safety.
You’ll design and deliver engaging development sessions, both online and in person, working with teams across the Council to ensure learning is high quality, relevant and aligned to our workforce ambitions.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be based in Carlisle or Workington, with some travel to council sites across Cumbria.
