About this opportunity
This role is part of the Housing Landlord Service. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of housing assets, undertaking property inspections, diagnosing building defects, specifying repairs, and overseeing remedial works. You will play a key role in maintaining decent homes standards and ensuring value for money across our housing stock. You will also play a key role in ensuring the service meets regulatory standards and maintains its strong building safety, quality and compliance position.
