We are seeking to appoint a Building Management Co-ordinator who is a highly motivated, innovative individual who has a robust knowledge and understanding of building management/H&S/compliance, you will have strong communication skills and the ability to work with internal/external stakeholders. The purpose of the role is to support the Building Compliance Manager in the assessment and provision of compliance of the whole of the council’s assets, ensuring the data is complete, stored and managed effectively.
You will be expected to lead, manage and motivate the Building Management Advisors and Technical Support Officer, work collaboratively with the Lead Compliance Surveyor and Building Managers to identify gap analysis for compliance within the Council’s assets, recommend and deliver improvements.
