We have opportunities for caring and compassionate people to join our Cumbria Care teams as Night Support Workers (Carer, Care Worker, Care Assistant).
We currently have vacancies across our Residential Care Services, where you will have the opportunity to help older adults live their life how they choose and enjoy their later years.
About the role
Working as a Night Support Worker (Carer, Care Worker, Care Assistant) you will get the opportunity to know people individually and support their wellbeing through physical and emotional care.
You will be responsible for administering medication, ensuring all security checks are completed, dealing with emergencies, and assisting our residents with any of their needs. It’s a role with a great deal of responsibility, and we are looking for people with good responses, the ability to adapt, and who can make safe and confident decisions to support the wellbeing of our residents.
No experience or qualifications are needed to get started. We will help and support you with fully paid training and development – we are looking for the right people, with the right qualities.
