The Parking Services Team manages the available on/off-street parking and enforces the Traffic Regulation Orders across Cumberland Council by patrolling and issuing Penalty Charge Notices for breaches of restrictions. They also support road safety and free traffic movement across Cumberland Council to benefit the local economy and communities.
The Role
You will be responsible for routine administrative tasks relating to civil parking enforcement including, but not limited to, the administration of parking permits, the processing of Penalty Charge Notices and dealing with day-to-day enquiries.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual, with good written skills, and a confident communicator with attention to detail. You will need the ability to use own initiative and work independently at times.

DBS:
This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (ROA) 1974 and requires a standard DBS check.
