We have begun a countywide recruitment drive to find hardworking, organised and compassionate people to join us as Domiciliary Support Workers.

The Domicilary and Reablement Service provide a range of support for adults with wide ranging needs, enabling them to live as independently as possible, whilst also ensuring their safety and well-being. We are committed to working with them to achieve person centred outcomes, ensuring choice, dignity and respect at all times.
The Role
As a Domiciliary Support worker, you will use a support plan to provide caring, compassionate, personal, social and emotional support to adults in the community. This is varied and personalised and may include support with: personal hygiene, getting in/out of bed, meal preparation, medication and/or any other identified need.
You will also, through spending time with them, highlight and detect any further outcomes they may need, always working towards improving their quality of life and promoting independence.

1 x 30 hours
Who we are looking for
We are looking for people who have experience of working in a person centred manner and can deliver exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of the Domiciliary service, and will be able to treat each person as an individual, working with them to ensure their safety and dignity are maintained at all times.
NVQ Level 2 In care is desirable, but we can support candidates to achieve this within 12 months of appointment into the post.
Experience in a health or care setting is not a requirement, but we are looking for people who have knowledge of assessments, reviews, and identifying outcomes for those who need support.
