We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and driven Performance Assistant within our Focus Family Team. The Focus Family Team is a multi-disciplinary team working to ensure the successful delivery of the national Supporting Families programme within Cumbria.
This is a fast paced, challenging and rewarding area of work in an award-winning team who are friendly and proactive in identifying areas for improvement.
About the role
This work includes managing complex data to meet contractual requirements of a payment by results programme in order to successfully realise financial incentives and drive workforce development.
You will be involved in the development of systems which enable monitoring activity against national targets and performance indicators and design, administer and update reports and other data to provide accurate, concise, high quality information.
Who we are looking for
The ideal candidate will be confident in using excel and specialist software for data extraction and able to undertake regular data cleansing exercises. You will need to have excellent attention to detail and a high standard of communication skills.
The role involves managing complex data and applying regulatory guidelines to ensure high quality and auditable standards of evidence.
