Cumbria Fire & Rescue Service is a County Council service that provides prevention, protection and response services to a wide and diverse range of communities. Cumbria is a fantastic place to live and work but is also faced with a number of significant challenges including a super ageing population, rurality, infrastructure and natural weather.
Candidates will be able to offer evidence of how they meet the essential and desirable criteria that supports improving the service delivery environment, promoting cultural change and also measured against the “Leading Others” specifications within the NFCC Leadership Framework.
