Salary:
4.30 per hour - 159.10 per week - National Apprenticeship Wage - during first 12 months. (if 19 years old or over, after 12 months your salary will increase to minimum wage for your age)
Hours: 37 hours per week
Workbase: Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service HQ, Kemplay Bank, Penrith, CA10 2FA

Start Date: From September 2021 onwards

People, Development and Assurance (PDA) is the Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service team who absolutely commit to providing a framework of recruitment, development and training opportunities for all of our staff. We need a new member of our section who wants to be part of a great team, have an aim to always make things work and also understand how important the Customer Service role will be in PDA. Being a PDA team member will provide you with skills in many different and exciting areas, with a focus on Equality, Diversity and Inclusion across Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service, which will give you with the confidence to take on every opportunity that we will make available to develop you into an important PDA team member.
Working as part of the team you will support the services provided and gain experience in both front facing customer service roles and supporting our internal customers within Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service and Cumbria County Council. Due to the coronavirus, we are operating virtual interviews.
