The Role
We are currently looking for an experienced and self-motivated lighting professional to join the Road Lighting team as an Area Lighting Supervisor. This is an excellent opportunity to develop within the Highways Service.
The role is responsible for the pro-active maintenance and provision of a range of lighting infrastructure within a defined operational area although flexibility will be required. You will supervise operational teams to ensure that activities are carried out with a focus on performance, safety and quality while workmanship is delivered to the required standard.
You will be a point of contact for members and respond to service requests from highway users.
In addition to the supervision of pro-active maintenance you will support the central lighting team in delivering the annual programme of Capital improvement.
