About Extra Care Housing
Support older adults to live independently the way they choose. Extra Care Housing provides support to people living within an assisted living community everyone has their own home environment such as a flat bungalow or within a retirement village.
About the role
As a Support Worker (Carer, Care Worker, Care Assistant) you will get the opportunity to know people individually and support their wellbeing through physical and emotional care. You may also assist with medication, providing personal care, and encouraging our people to achieve or maintain independence.
No experience or qualifications are needed to get started. We will help and support you with fully paid training and development – we are looking for the right people, with the right qualities. If you do have experience, then take the next step in your career with us. As a large employer we can offer great opportunities to develop and build your skills to take you where you want to go.

This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (ROA) 1974 and requires an enhanced DBS check with a Adults Barred List check.
