Professional Practice Lead – Social Work (Adults) (Internal Only)
Salary: £48,474-£49,498
Hours: 37 hours per week

We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated and experienced social work qualified and registered leader to join our team.
Reporting to the Principal Social Worker, the successful candidate will work closely with the Professional Practice Lead – Occupational Therapy to lead our Advanced Practice Lead Team with line management responsibility for social work staff within the team. They will play a pivotal role in supporting the Principal Social Worker’s statutory functions in relation to governance and oversight of social work and social care practice and take a lead role in developing and delivering our ambitious plans to support the professional development and wellbeing of social care staff with a specific focus on the social work profession.
