Salary: £4.15 per hour - £153.55 per week - National Apprenticeship Wage - during first 12 months. (if 19 years old or over, after 12 months your salary will increase to minimum wage for your age)
Hours: 37 hours per week
Workbase: These roles can be based anywhere at Council main offices within the county of Cumbria (i.e. Barrow, Carlisle, Kendal, Workington), work locations will be agreed with the successful candidates.

Cumbria Care is Cumbria County Council's in-house social care provider. We provide reablement, residential care, supported living, Shared Lives and day care services to adults with eligible care needs. We are always looking for people who want to join our team and make a difference to people's lives.
Working as part of the administration team you will support the services provided and gain experience in both front facing customer service roles and back office support to our operational teams.
Essential Criteria
Please note that your application will be assessed against the Qualifications; Skills and Personal Qualities and Behaviours listed on the Apprenticeship Description. In your application form you must therefore clearly demonstrate:
1. That you meet all qualification requirements, and 2. That you have or would develop, the skills, personal qualities and behaviours required of the role and provide examples where possible.
Aptitude Assessments and Eligibility Checks will take place as part of the recruitment process.
