Are you looking to develop your career in Care?
Can you join our team and make a real difference?
Our team at Inglewood Residential Home are looking for a motivated, friendly, and hard-working individual to join us as a Supervisor, for a 12-month Fixed Term. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career in care.
Inglewood Residential Home is a multi-award-winning home in Cumbria which has been awarded ‘Outstanding’ by CQC. As a team, we work hard to provide a safe, caring and home-from-home environment for our residents who have varying needs, including those who are elderly, frail or have dementia.
As a Supervisor, your role will be to support a culture of engaging and encouraging staff to deliver care in a person-centred and dignified way. We are looking for someone organised and flexible, who can ensure the established routines in the home are maximised, promoting the highest standards and supporting independence and participation.
The ideal candidate will be kind, compassionate and will lead by example; setting high standards and motivating the team.
Ideally you will have a QCF level 3 in Care or equivalent qualification, and have some experience of team leadership, although this is not essential and we welcome applications from people looking to develop.
We offer a robust induction and we will support the successful candidate with any relevant training.
If this sounds like you and you share our passion for care, then apply today!
This role requires a standard/enhanced DBS check with an Adults Barred List check. Please note this role involves working in regulated activity with Adults.
Covid-19 Vaccination
From 11 November 2021 everyone working in a care home including agency staff and other professional visitors are legally required to be fully vaccinated unless they are medically exempt or visiting due to an emergency.
We expect all candidate's to be able to show evidence of being fully vaccinated or medically exempt. You will only be able to start employment if you are able to provide this evidence.
