Salary: 28 226 – 29 174
The advertised salary includes a supplement (JWC) to the base grade of the post. JWC supplements are conditional on the physical demands and /or working conditions of the role.
Hours: 37 hours per week, largely out of normal working hours
Workbase: Craven House, Barrow in Furness or County Hall, Kendal

We have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join our team as a Family Resilience Worker. The position is based in either Barrow in Furness or Kendal, Cumbria. This is a relatively new role within the organisation and an exciting challenge to work creatively with families to support them to improve their individual situations.
As a Family Resilience Worker, you will be supporting families within their homes to enable children and young people to be safe and happy at home. You will ensure the voice of children and young people is heard and informs the decisions that are made about them.

This role requires an enhanced DBS check with a Children’s and Adults Barred List check. Please note this role involves working in regulated activity with Children and Adults.
