We have opportunities for caring and compassionate people to join our South Lakes residential homes as Support Workers (Carer, Care Worker, Care Assistant) providing support and care to older adults. This is a perfect opportunity to make a direct and positive impact to lives of our residents, while beginning a rewarding career in care.
Residential care provides accommodation, personal care and emotional support for older adults around the clock and 7 days a week, in our safe and comfortable residential homes.
As a Support Worker (Carer, Care Worker, Care Assistant) you will get to know our residents individually and support their wellbeing through physical and emotional care. You will also assist with medication, providing personal care, and encouraging our residents to achieve a certain level of independence through activities and guidance.

This role requires an enhanced DBS check with an Adults Barred List check. Please note this role involves working in regulated activity with Adults
