We are looking to recruit permanent team members to work as Community Support Worker, making a direct and positive impact to the lives of people with varied needs, who require support to live independently.
We support tenants in 9 houses/ flats across Kendal and the successful candidates will be making a big difference in these communities.
The Role
Being a Community Support Worker is a varied, challenging and incredibly rewarding role where you will get to know our tenants and support their wellbeing by providing both physical and emotional support. The role involves evening, weekend work and sleep in’s, which are essential to the wellbeing and safety of the tenant’s homes. You will be there to support, but also to respond to any issues or emergencies that arise.
