Professional Practice Lead – Occupational Therapy (Adults) (Internal)
Salary: £48,474-£49,498
Hours: 37 hours per week

We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated and experienced occupational therapy qualified and registered leader to join our team.
Reporting to the Principal Social Worker and linked closely with the Principal Occupational Therapist/Service Manager, the successful candidate will work with our Professional Practice Lead – Social Work to lead our Advanced Practice Lead Team with line management responsibility for occupational therapy staff within the team. They will play a pivotal role in supporting the Principal Social Worker’s statutory functions as well as the Principal Occupational Therapist’s responsibilities in relation to governance and oversight of occupational therapy and social care practice and take a lead role in developing and delivering our ambitious plans to support the professional development and wellbeing of social care staff with a specific focus on the occupational therapy profession.
